A native Paducahan, Hooper enjoys spending time with his children and volunteering in various causes - politically and nerdy a like. With a "nothing off-limits" humor, Hooper can be a contentious young advocate but is very active in grassroots networking and volunteerism and activism. His skills in event/cause management and promotion and volunteer driving have led to his involvement with several civic groups, causes, and events.
